Important Note:

- The University reserves the right to terminate admission of a student if the latter does not submit original educational certificates at the time of registration
- Failure to submit any of documents mentioned above, your application will not be taken into consideration.
- Payment should be made through any SBM branch. The cash deposit voucher-application fees should be filled in and submitted to the bank at the time of payment. The following documents should be provided to the bank at the time of payment:
- student NIC
- Two (2) copies of cash deposit voucher form.
- Processing of application takes around 2 months
- A notification by e-mail will be sent to students to notify any missing document or if any additional documents are required by the selection committee of the university.
- Once application is completed and processed, the following offer package will be submitted by e-mail:
- Letter of offer
- Registration form
- Health declaration form (fiche de santé)
Important Note: The University reserves the right to terminate admission of a student who has not settled fees within the deadline set as notified by the University.
After receiving the offer of seat, student should send an e-mail to confirm acceptance of the seat/decline of the offer
After student receive and accept offer of seat, payment of tuition/administrative fees and Rs 100 NTA bus pass fees should be effected at any SBM branch. Please see below guidelines for payment:
- Date of registration will be communicated in the offer letter
- Documents to be submitted/presented on registration day:
- Letter of offer
- NIC (original)
- original birth certificate
- All original educational certificates/transcripts (where applicable)
- Proof of payment of tuition/administrative fees and NTA bus pass fees(receipt from bank)
- 6 passport sized photos (with full name clearly written at the back)
- Rodriguan students who cannot be physically present at the University on registration day should inform the university by sending an e-mail on admissionlocal@udm.ac.mu
- A copy of proof of payment (receipt from bank)- tuition/administrative fees and Rs 100 NTA bus pass fees) should be sent by e-mail to confirm their seats
- Residential address in Mauritius should be communicated to the university
- Date of arrival to Mauritius should be communicated to the university.
- Upon arrival in Mauritius, student should call the university on 460 9500 and book an appointment for registration
- Students who have submitted their applications but have not yet received their BT results, will receive a conditional seat; students should pay only Rs 100 NTA bus pass fees, pending receipt of results. Tuition/Administrative fees should be paid only after receipt of results
- Once students receive their results, original and copy of same should be submitted by e-mail.
- Registration date will be communicated to students and the following documents should be presented on the registration day:
- Letter of offer
- NIC (original)
- original birth certificate
- Original educational certificates - Proof of payment (receipt from bank)- tuition/administrative fees and Rs 100NTA bus passfees.
