INTEGRATED LEARNING CENTRE (INTELEC)
In line with the Government’s vision to transform Mauritius into a Knowledge Hub, UdM aims at diversifying its programme towards distance learning and the hybridization of its courses. Digital learning is seen to offer an innovative and flexible means to support and enable quality learning and teaching.
Consequently, it is imperative for any educational institution as part of its strategy to develop and implement, within a TEL framework, a centre aligned to the institutional goals and vision to serve the learning needs of students and academics for flexibility and more learner-centred learning.
Integrated Learning is an inclusive concept where any existing and future innovation in terms of new pedagogies, new technologies and new skills to be acquired in the lifelong learning process will be part of the strategy of this Centre.
