Course Overview

  • Ability to manage reward and develop a performance management system

Teaching Methods

Teaching and learning takes place through lectures, tutorials, individual and group projects, seminars and industrial placements. Students are expected to spend a considerable amount of time on private study. Even though the main medium of instruction will be in English, some modules will be taught in French. The supervised project may be written in either English or French. Our aim is to promote bilingual professionals who will have a definite advantage in today’s competitive and globalised job market After completion of DUST/Diploma students can enrol in DULT/BSC Human Resource Management at UdM and in France.

Mode: Full Time (2 years) & Part Time (3 years)
Duration of Course: The diploma is of a duration of two years on a full time basis.

Local students ( Full time and part time )
• No tuition fees
• Administrative fees : Rs 9,000/ year
International students ( Full time )
• SADC countries: Rs 45000 / year
• NON SADC: Rs 80000 / year
Delivery plan & Intake: The course is run over 4 semesters (two academic years) on a full time basis and 6 semesters (three academic years) on a part time basis.
One intake per year in August.
