HSC/BAC/BT or equivalent for all undergraduate courses as follows:
EITHER pass in:
3 subjects at A-level and 1 subject at subsidiary level at Higher School Certificate examination;
OR Pass in:
2 subjects at A-level and 2 subjects at subsidiary level at Higher School Certificate examination;
OR Pass in:
3 subjects at A-level at the London General Certificate Examination

Letter from guardian/parent with signature :
(A testimonial from the parents/guardian/sponsor certifying who will be responsible for payment of the registration fees specifying the full name, relationship with student, address, contact number and e-mail address and other details if any).
Original Bank statement of guardian/parent-last recent 3 months:
(The bank statement should bear the original signature and original seal of the bank, failing which application for visa cannot be entertained. There should be at least a minimum of 150,000 Mauritian rupees)
Accommodation details
Original letter from Landlord with signature
Copy of Landlord’s NIC
Copy of recent proof of Address (example: CEB, CWA or Telecom)
Original medical tests certificates for:
HIV
Hepatitis B
Chest X-ray (only the result/report, not the large sheet of Film/ Radiograph)
5. Mauritius/Africa scholarship
The Mauritius/Africa scholarship is awarded by the Mauritian government to student from African countries. Application for the scholarship and all other related documents should be submitted directly to the ministry. The official web site for the scholarship is:

Students who apply for the scholarship should inform the university. Students who have not been awarded the scholarship should pay normal university fees. However, students awaiting for the scholarship should wait for the final award of scholarship before travelling to Mauritius.
A copy of the scholarship agreement should be submitted to the University once they have been awarded the scholarship
