Mr Rajeev Khoodeeram holds a B.Eng in Computer Science and Engineering and a MSc in Information and Communication Technologies. He is currently finalising his PhD in Modelling complex systems using discrete logical approach : Application to cell metabolism with a focus in cancer, at Université Côte D’Azur, France.

Mr Khoodeeram is also responsible for the creation of a research group working at the forefront of AI and Robotics, and intervenes in several modules in Master Artificial Intelligence and Robotics including Machine learning, Deep learning and AI Programming. He also shows interest in IoT using mobile applications and intelligent systems (taught both at degree and Master levels).

In 2018, he has been awarded a research grant for his project titled “MetaboLogic” (budget of 3M) which is a Team-based interdisciplinary / inter-institutional research project with University of Mauritius, BIRL (Paris) and I3S research laboratory, France.
