Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Université des Mascareignes can’t organize a traditional ceremony with all graduates and their families. That’s why we have decided to make two ceremonies this year:

1. First for international students and Doctors, which hold on Friday 15 October at 10:30am at Rose-Hill Campus
2. Second for local students during December

Effet domino Covid oblige, les choses ne sont plus ce qu’elles étaient, surtout pour les étudiants. Avec les résultats de HSC prévus cette année le 17 septembre, période à laquelle les universités  du pays accueillaient habituellement leurs premières cohortes d’étudiants, ces dernières ont dû s’adapter pour cette « rentrée spéciale ».

In his column on Radio One on Wednesday 04 August 2021, Gilbert Ahnee comes back on the launch of two licenses in the field of Digital Humanities at UdM. First degrees in this field in Mauritius, the courses are led by the Centre for Digital Humanities headed by Dr Neelam Pirbhai-Jetha.
